Our organization (SFI) is seeking someone that can help us with our quality assurance, performance measurement and analytics work. Your work will involve simplifying the complex Excel spreadsheets and CSV files into a more robust system (in EXCEL) with dashboards and forms where all the data can be stored into one central location and supervisors can pull out reports easily and import data effortlessly. We also need to improve the visualization of that data for users as well as see the trends derived from that data to improve performance.
We envision user-friendly forms, a dashboard for each staff and the ability to generate reports as needed. Modified excel sheets should have the capacity to import and export all data collected to allow for bulk inclusion of our existing data.
Our organization has several reports which include benchmark data, quotas, and tracking. These reports currently link to multiple spreadsheets saved on the network.
The SFI staff is currently using formulas, worksheets and tabs in Excel to generate a visual report of the data.
To ensure the successful delivery of this project, we outline some key tasks (but not limited to) which selected students will perform:
· Gain a better understanding of what SFI is as an organization and become familiar with the current technology/methodology used by the QA team
· Participate in weekly meetings and provide updates on the development process
· Work collaboratively with the Director of Quality Assurance and Training
