Currently the user must work to find the information vs having it come to them. Steamline the process.

1. Review current website functionality and provide suggestions to enhance the user experience
2. Review current plugins/features and suggest or implement new plugins to help improve navigation and allow users to communicate more efficiently with our organization or have information auto-populate based on their inputted criteria.
