The main goal of this project is to review and audit legal documents for Artnbuff platform that includes social and eCommerce websites and mobile apps.

Examples: privacy policy, service agreement, terms of service, return and refund policy, MoU agreement etc.

These documents need to be reviewed to make sure these meets our business objectives, global compliance laws, industry standards and best practices.

In order to achieve the project goal, learners will need to complete the following tasks:

- Review and analyze existing legal documents to identify any potential risks or compliance issues.

- Research and identify applicable global compliance laws, industry standards and best practices.

- Compare the existing legal documents to the identified regulations, standards, and best practices.

- Make recommendations for any changes or updates to the legal documents.

- Draft updated legal documents that meet the requirements of the regulations, standards, and best practices.

The final deliverables should include:

- Updated legal documents that meet the requirements of the regulations, standards, and best practices.

- A written report with recommendations for any changes or updates to the legal documents.

Students will connect directly with the employer for the guidance and mentorship.
