By the end of the project, the outcome students are expected to achieve for the company is a well-defined marketing plan that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives, and that is tailored to the needs and preferences of the target audience. The plan should include a situational analysis, marketing goals, channels, and communications strategies, implementation plans, and contingency plans to ensure the success of the marketing campaign.
To successfully complete the project, students will need to undertake several activities. These include conducting research on the company, its product/service, and target markets to develop a situational analysis. They will also need to define marketing goals and objectives and design a comprehensive marketing strategy that incorporates appropriate marketing channels and communications strategies. Students will need to work on implementation plans, outlining key activities, timelines, and budget requirements. They will also need to identify contingency plans and develop solutions to address potential issues or obstacles. Finally, students will need to ensure that all company requirements are met, including legal and ethical considerations, and present their findings and recommendations in two marketing presentations that cover all the necessary elements of the project.Final deliverables can come in the form of a report and/or presentation
To support students in completing the project, we will provide the following:
- guidance: CEO will provide regular guidance, feedback, and mentorship to students throughout the project.
- Access to technology: Students will have access to necessary software, digital marketing tools, and technology required to complete the project.
- Data and resources: Students will be provided with access to relevant data, industry reports, and resources necessary to conduct research and develop the marketing plan.
- Peer collaboration: Students will have the opportunity to collaborate with peers on the project, share ideas and knowledge, and provide feedback to each other.

About the company
NomoBO is a skincare startup that has developed an innovative underarm rinse designed to address the root cause of underarm odor. Our product is designed to remove the bacteria Staphylococcus hominis, which is a major contributor to underarm odor. By effectively removing this bacteria, our underarm rinse eliminates the need for traditional deodorants, providing a more natural and effective solution for underarm odor.
