Our company has a website for our real estate customers utilizing uniquely designed modules. The website welcomes thousands of users daily, each with different experiences and preferences. We plan to update the current website with AI Prompt Engine and other appropriate changes incorporating AI where it makes sense. We want a group of students to work with our main programmer to execute new business requirements and provide recommendations.

This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

• Familiarize yourself with our website to understand how it works.
• Researching state-of-the-art machine learning and recommendation engine technologies.
• Developing recommendations based on attached business requirements (will be provided upon request).
• Testing recommendations

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

• Understanding of our new AI-based business requirements
• Knowledge of machine learning and recommendation engine technologies
• Recommend and execute with our programmer AI product (main like ChatGPT and AI plugins)

Bonus steps would include:

• Recommend AI technology to improve SEO, marketing, etc.

Final deliverables should include

• Recommendations supporting the new AI-driven website validity may be assessed subjectively.
• A written report describing the technologies used, the challenges faced, the website's outcomes, and recommendations for the project’s next steps.

Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:

• Our website and products
• Common concepts related to machine learning and recommendation engines
• Prototyping and its role in our design process
• Input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter.
