The primary goal of this project is to design an employee retention plan aligned with the culture of leadership within the workplace. The aim is to create a work environment that encourages employee growth, satisfaction, and commitment to the organization. It involves the establishment of KPIs to monitor retention, ensuring employee happiness and well-being within the workplace, and fostering a culture of constant improvement and innovation.


Expectations from Students:

  1. Academic and Practical Engagement: Students are expected to bring their academic knowledge and any practical experience they have to tackle the project. I expect them to apply their learning to real-world HR scenarios within the recruitment strategy.
  2. Willingness to Learn and Contribute: I expect students to be eager to learn and acquire real-world experience within HR. They should demonstrate a willingness to explore new concepts and apply them to the project.
  3. Organization and Communication: Students are expected to be organized, setting up meetings in advance, arriving on time with a clear agenda. The team leader should primarily handle communication to ensure streamlined interaction.
  4. Enthusiastic Contribution: I expect students to be enthusiastic and contribute actively with fresh ideas and professionalism throughout the project's development.


Deliverables


  1. Retention Plan Proposal: Students are required to develop a comprehensive proposal outlining the components necessary for an effective employee retention plan. This proposal must be submitted for approval before execution, detailing KPIs, methods for assessing workplace satisfaction, and strategies for delivering the promised wellness at the workplace.
  2. Execution of Retention Plan: Once the proposal is approved, learners will develop a clear and specific guideline, a well-structured framework, to implement the employee retention plan. This guideline should offer a roadmap to deliver a work experience that enables employee growth within their roles, contributing to the company's growth while maintaining a culture of leadership, continuous improvement, and innovation.
  3. Continuous Improvement Culture: Students will focus on creating strategies that continually foster a culture of leadership, constant improvement, and innovation within the workplace, ensuring a dynamic and evolving work environment.


Mentorship
  1. Meetings and Mentorship: I will offer regular meetings, and students can schedule these meetings in advance. I am available for periodic check-ins, providing mentorship when needed. However, I encourage students to take the lead in project development.
  2. Access to Company Documentation: Students will have access to all necessary company documentation, ensuring they have comprehensive information to execute the project effectively.
  3. Communication Channels: The project will primarily operate through the Riipen platform. However, I will share my email address for emergency communication. Students can reach out via email in case of platform issues or urgent communication needs.
