The goal of this project is to support the early-stage growth and long-term sustainability of CLICK Digital Empowerment Inc., a company focused on helping small and medium-sized businesses adopt digital solutions and improve their marketing strategies. Through a combination of market research, lead generation, social media management, and administrative support, this project will strengthen Click’s internal processes while increasing brand visibility and client acquisition efforts. Interns will contribute to building foundational systems that streamline operations and enhance outreach capabilities. The insights gathered from research and client interactions will also inform service development, ensuring Click’s offerings align with the evolving needs of SMBs. Overall, the project will play a key role in positioning Click for success in its first and second years of operation.

Deliverables

1) Outbound Lead Generation & Cold Outreach Assistant

Purpose: Support the Business Development Associate by assisting with outreach to potential clients. This intern will help identify and contact small and medium-sized businesses that could benefit from Click’s digital transformation and marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and build contact lists of potential clients.
  • Send outreach emails using pre-approved templates.
  • Follow up on responses and log all outreach activity in a shared CRM or tracking document.
  • Work under the supervision and guidance of the Business Development Associate.

Skills Required:

  • Basic research skills.
  • Strong written communication.
  • Comfortable following outreach scripts.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.



2) Administrative & Operations Assistant

Purpose: Provide general administrative and operational support to the executive team, assisting with both structured tasks and ad hoc projects. This intern will work closely with the Executive Assistant to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with scheduling, document formatting, and file organization.
  • Support data entry, note-taking, and tracking project deliverables.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to intern onboarding/offboarding.
  • Assist with general administrative projects as they arise.
  • Work under the guidance of the Executive Assistant.

Skills Required:

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to jump into new tasks and learn quickly.



3) Social Media Coordinator

Purpose: Assist in managing Click’s social media presence by scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and interacting with followers under the guidance of the Social Media Content Creator Intern.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post pre-approved content on Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, responding when appropriate (using pre-approved responses).
  • Track and document engagement metrics to support content performance reviews.
  • Research trending content ideas to pass along to the Social Media Content Creator Intern.
  • Work under the guidance of the Social Media Content Creator Intern.

Skills Required:

  • Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Basic writing skills for engagement replies.
  • Interest in social media marketing and trends.



4) Research & Market Analysis Assistant

Purpose: Support Click’s strategic planning efforts by gathering market intelligence, industry trends, and competitive research to inform the company’s offerings and positioning. This intern will work closely with the Digital Strategy Research Intern.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on digital transformation trends for SMBs.
  • Gather case studies of successful digital transformation projects.
  • Compile lists of useful online tools and software for SMBs.
  • Assist in researching competitors’ offerings and strategies.
  • Work under the guidance of the Digital Strategy Research Intern.

Skills Required:

  • Strong research skills.
  • Ability to summarize and present findings in clear, concise formats.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and technology trends (preferred but not required).
