Details

This project will include:

MVP Development, User Selection, User Tests/Effectiveness, and Data/Feature Development

  • MVP  "features" analysis for initial user tests
  • User Selection of patients that fit into the patient description we are building it for >50 years old with AMD/Diabetes
  • User Tests / Effectiveness to establish success and efficacy rate
  • Data / Feature Analysis of the user results and then determine which features should be prioritized for inclusion into the product

Objective of this project:

Prioritization / Product Roadmapping and Release MVP development and its prioritized features into the product roadmap / plans

Consider if we need clinical trials

Resources we will provide:

  • Research Science and Technology Plan
  • Competitor analysis overview
  • MVP development plans

Final Project Deliverables by Student:

  • Excel file containing data analysis
  • A PowerPoint summarizing results
