Details

Canada Robotix is a growing retailer of robotic and electronic parts and components for educational institutions, students, and makers. With the current highly globalized and digital market, currency exchange plays an important role in the world of ecommerce. As a result, we are looking for a virtual intern or a team to help develop a web application for the company’s website to adjust pricing based on currency exchange rates.

This project involves developing a small web application using Node.js and REACT for the company’s website. More details on the project will be provided to the student once they start the project.

The student will need knowledge of (or willing to self learn):

  • Node.js
  • REACT
  • Other app development coding tools
  • Running a server platform (ie. heroku)
  • Database (depending on the student’s design of the app)
  • Git
  • Currency exchange

Successful delivery of the project will be measured by:

  • A working application that the company can interface with it’s website
  • Code with comments and documentation of testing
Deliverables
No deliverables exist for this project.
