Our company offers an online platform (Artnbuff) for artists and art enthusiasts to socialize, showcase, and sell online. This is a global platform where users from different parts can participate in different capacities.

To protect ourselves legally and ensure that users are provided with a safe and secure experience, we must comply with the various laws. We would like to collaborate with students to review our current services, practices, and policies to ensure that we are in compliance with the applicable laws.

This will involve:

• Conducting background research on our existing services, processes, and policies.
• Conducting research into global market laws and how they apply to our business.
• Auditing our current processes, policies, and more to identify the compliance gap.
• Recommend process, website policy, documentation, disclaimers, etc. to be fully compliant with international regulations.

By the end of the project, students should submit a final report (along with any source materials such as background research, references, etc) that demonstrates:

• Understanding of our current services, policies, and processes.
• Understanding of applicable laws and regulations that apply to our business.
• A list of recommendations for updates to our policies, or processes to better comply with applicable laws

Students will connect directly with us for guidance and mentorship throughout the project.
