target market risk analysis data analysis researchWild Encounters Ltd. is seeking to gain a better understanding of our target market and audience AND gain an understanding the monetary costs (i.e. hard compensatory, investigative, and insurance costs) related to wildlife incidents (i.e. attacks and fatalities), to help us better position ourselves uniquely within our industry.
The research will involve two components:
RISK & DATA ANALYSIS:
- Risk evaluation to clients and their insurance companies - to help us communicate the cost-to-benefit ratio of using our services. In other words, an analysis of the potential wildlife risks our clients face, and real costs to them when an incident (presence of potentially threatening wildlife on the worksites, bad encounters, attacks or fatalities occur - resulting in shutdowns, implementation of safety measures, injury, or loss of life). The goal is to quantify these business costs (i.e., lost work time, insurance, etc.) compared to preventive costs associated with using our services.
I will be available to answer questions by phone or e-mail most days, although from time to time work takes me into remote areas with no cell or e-mail reception.
I am a graduate of the University of Alberta, Faculty of Physical Edmonton ... would now be Kinesiology with a major in Administration, so I have some academic understanding of academic requirements.
