The project aims to develop a virtual sales representative capable of simulating human-like interactions, understanding client inquiries, and delivering persuasive responses. By leveraging AI technology, the goal is to enhance sales team efficiency, allowing human representatives to concentrate on complex tasks while the avatar handles routine sales interactions. Learners will apply their knowledge of AI, machine learning, and natural language processing to design the avatar's conversational capabilities and integrate it with video conferencing platforms. The project will focus on ensuring the avatar can manage a variety of sales scenarios, providing a practical application of classroom knowledge in a real-world setting.

Deliverables

The project will culminate in a functional prototype of the AI-powered sales avatar, accompanied by a detailed report on its development process. Learners will also deliver a demonstration of the avatar's capabilities in a simulated sales environment.
