Learners in this project are final year Bachelor of Commerce students with a major in accounting. Learners in this project will work virtually on a project of your choosing, with the goal of completing various accounting related task in area of financial reporting. Our students have taken course on Organizational Behaviour that focuses on the following topics: Values and attitudes Personality Motivation Group behaviour and work team dynamics Leadership Power and organizational politics Organizational culture and change Learners will analyze personal, inter-personal, group, teams and organizational issues and strategies, using a range of Organizational Behaviour (OB) concepts and analytical frameworks and provide recommendations for improvement.
