It was a productive opportunity to implement all that we learned during the Talent Management course because the company needs to be restructured since its foundation. Initially, the owner requested help with aspects such as marketing, social media, and website, but doing an inner analysis together, we discovered that what was mostly needed was the revision of the vision, mission, and the creation of the entire organizational structure so we are thankful to contribute to this entrepreneur successful lady that open the access to her internal information and documentation and share her thoughts to us.
