Students should not be put into a position where by there actions could have a direct effect on citizens of an area who have voted persons into a position of authority, who then goes to consult unqualified persons to effect changes without the voters being made aware of such activities. Many students could find the responsibility overwhelming in a learning environment which could negatively effect their grades.
