Catherine excelled at participation and a desire to really be involved in the team. From my understanding she came from a non-coding background, but showed amazing teamwork and leadership capabilities. At present being one of my 4 TEAM LEAD members. She always works hard and was one of the top most active members in our discord developer chats. She took the lead on many sections of the project and in several zoom meetings. She showed significant skill in organization, leadership, and team work which earned her the promotion within the team. I would gladly write a reference for her to work in the coding and management areas.
