Students will update creative draft(s) based on company feedback and provided an updated version of the creative by this date: November 22, 2019

Company will review the updated creative and provide feedback to the students by this date: November 29, 2019. Students will take this feedback and incorporate it into the final draft that will be presented during the Pitch Presentation on December 6, 2019.

Remote meeting via MS TEAMS between students and company to confirm: project scope, communication styles, and important dates. Following the meeting students will prepare an executive summary to provide back to the company.

Students will provide a high-level campaign proposal detailing what they are recommending and an initial draft of creative assets. Company will be asked to provide feedback on the proposal and initial creative drafts via email by the following week.

Company will be required to provide feedback on the initial creative submitted by the students by this date: November 5, 2020

Project Examples
Requirements
Suggested broad research & planning project ideas are:
Experiential – research and planning toward the design of an experiential marketing piece. Examples could include online conferencing or meeting hosting in the time of covid-19, customer contests or social media influencers.
Social Media – research and planning toward launching a new social media account or campaign. Assets could include creative for Facebook, Instagram, twitter, video platforms, Tik Tok and/or other emerging channels.
Print + web – research and planning connecting a current traditional print (billboard, magazine, newspaper & other) to digital/web marketing assets. Assets could include web pages, digital ads, contest landing pages etc.
Additional company criteria
Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:
Be available for a quick phone call with the instructor to initiate your relationship and confirm your scope is an appropriate fit for the course.
Attend final presentations remotely on December 10, 2020. Offer feedback (written and verbal) to the students.
Provide a dedicated contact who is available to answer regular emails and provide feedback on the students' project proposals and creative drafts in November 2020.
