Welcome to the Kaleidoscope Case Competition (KCC) co-hosted by AIESEC in RyersonU x AIESEC in YorkU.

Students across Canada: Get ready to optimize your critical thinking and project management skills.

Sponsored by multinational transportation giant, FedEx Corporation, KCC is a unique Case Competition x Conference dedicated to helping students across Canada understand real organizational challenges and practise strategic decision-making while empowering youth as the next generation of leaders.

This event will consist of:

  1. a Conference Day on November 6th where students across Canada will be able to learn new skills, gather diverse perspectives, and build their professional network through comprehensive workshop and networking sessions.
  2. a Competition Day on November 7th where the top 5 teams will be able to showcase their analyses to a panel of industry professionals and judges. Competition timeline:

Case release -- October 22; Cases due -- November 1; Final presentation, Top 5 -- November 7

Additional company criteria

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

A representative of the company will be available to answer questions from students in a timely manner for the duration of the project.

A representative of the company will be available for a pre-selection discussion with the administrator of the course to review the project scope.
