While they continue to refine their skills throughout the program, they will be well-prepared to contribute effectively to your organization.
Here is an overview of our program's focus:
1. Overview of UX phases: Our students delve into every facet of the UX design process, immersing themselves in user research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and implementation. This exposure allows them to understand the holistic nature of UX design and its importance in creating user-centric solutions.
2. Application of UX Tools, including Figma: Our curriculum emphasizes the practical application of UX-related tools and methodologies. Students will have hands-on experience with tools like Figma and Miro.
3. Designing with a User-Centric approach: Our program instills in students the value of designing with a user-centric approach. They learn to empathize with users, create user personas, and incorporate user feedback into their design processes.
4. Alignment with business objectives: In addition to UX skills, students understand the importance of aligning UX strategies with business objectives. They will be capable of delivering solutions that not only meet user needs but also drive positive business outcomes.

Learners
Students and host organizations are encouraged to collaborate in a real-life project for a minimum of 1 month for 120 hours from each student or a maximum of 3 months. There should be flexibility on the working hours with students engage in consulting projects.

Project Examples
Requirements
120-hours commitment from each student, Work closely with a group of 2-6 students to ensure that the real-life project aligns with your goals and offers a meaningful learning experience for the students, while allowing them to be student-consultants.
Any UX project that provides real-life project using UX techniques such as user research, journey mapping, competitive analysis, design thinking, wireframing, prototyping, matrices, personas, and validation testing on a web browser or on digital devices.
