Expected outcomes and deliverables

The expected project outcomes for students involve conducting in-depth research and analysis of the sponsoring organization's human resources processes, including stakeholder analysis and the development of strategic HR recommendations. Key deliverables include:


  • Discovery Report (Parts 1 & 2): A comprehensive research report detailing the organization's HR structure, stakeholder impact, and the challenges identified, due midway through the project (formatted in APA).
  • Final Sponsor Report: A final report that synthesizes the entire project's findings, supported by data analysis, benchmarking, and best practices. This will include strategic HR recommendations and actionable solutions, formatted in APA style.
  • Storyboard of Project: A visual outline that highlights the project's flow and key components, designed to align the student's approach with the company's expectations.
  • Recorded Presentation: A professional presentation summarizing the findings and recommendations, delivered as a video or slide deck with narration.
  • Reflections Essay: A personal reflection on the project experience, focusing on the skills and lessons learned, submitted in a formal essay format.


These deliverables will be provided in both written report form (Word/PDF) and presentation formats (PowerPoint/Video).
