Project Examples
Requirements
Starting this October, multiple teams of students can spend 10 hours per team working for your organization.
Using the ArcGIS platform, along with your data, multiple teams of students will create maps, reports, and provide analysis. In addition, students can craft a Story Map for your organization, if interested. Such a story map can be shared with the public or be used for internal purposes only.
An example of a story map project can be found here: https://www.arcgis.com/apps/MapSeries/index.html?appid=c4c7feb1cc154432acf3bd3841ec4af8
Generally speaking, the following are skills that students are able to employ with your project:
- Create, modify and present spatial data.
- Create and edit Geodatabases feature classes.
- Apply the GIS analysis to natural resource management modelling.
