They’ll work with a contact from your organization to gain a thorough understanding of the needs of your business and (if applicable) the competitive landscape of your industry. As students, they have access to the extensive college research databases including academic, industry, and primary research not generally available to the public or business owners.

As a participating organization, you’ll be asked to provide a particular question, topic or challenge that will be their area of focus. Their review and recommendations may encompass other areas as well, but they’ll provide specific recommendations to address your chosen focus.

Uses for the business plan could include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Grant proposals
  • Financing application
  • Investor Pitch
  • Strategic planning
  • Start-up development.
  • Growth Planning

  • Alignment Assessment

Additional company criteria

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

Provide financial and pricing information for the feasibility analysis.

Be available for a quick phone call with the instructor to initiate your relationship and confirm your scope is an appropriate fit for the course.

Provide a dedicated contact who is available to answer periodic emails or phone calls over the duration of the project to address students' questions.

Be available for 2 online meetings with students to initiate the project and provide feedback.
