Working with the Riipen team on this project was a wonderful experience that exposed us to solving real world problems. Ashley was Misssen was accommodating to everyone’s busy schedules and helped us to succeed by answering any questions we had. Collaboration among my team was smooth, and expectations were well-aligned throughout. I appreciated the flexibility and openness to new ideas, which made the project both productive and engaging.

The content within this project was very interesting and had us asking a ton of questions. We had to reach into a few programs and understand logic as it was given to us. I feel this was a good experience for students who are looking to invest their future with companies. The experience with Ashley and Riipen was educational and a good look at a real world problem and how to fix it within our team.

I enjoyed working on this project and with Ashley. She was very attentive and answered any questions we had thoroughly and promptly. This was a great real-world example, and I enjoyed being part of a group that was able to help think of a deployable solution.

This was a good, growth experience as it allowed me to strengthen my skills as a team lead, as a team member and as a communicator to our client, Ashley. Ashley gave a real view of what it is like to work with a client who presents a challenge with not much to go on at the start. This forced us to listen more intently and to ask questions to help us design a solution that met the pain points in an elegant and simple way. Thank you!

Our team focused on identifying the attributes of a successful client and designing a scoring system to prioritize leads based on real conversion patterns. In parallel, we proposed a student feedback loop integrating post-project surveys and career fair engagement to capture long-term value and career impact. This dual strategy allowed us to approach CRM not just as a tool for sales efficiency, but as a framework for relationship building and institutional growth. Ashley’s support helped us stay aligned with Riipen’s mission while encouraging innovation. This project challenged us to think critically, collaborate meaningfully, and design a solution that could scale with both purpose and impact.

Working with Riipen and Barkha Patel, the Product Manager, was an exceptional experience. Together, we developed AI-powered solutions to enhance project matching, student engagement, and virtual internships. Barkha's leadership and expertise were crucial in driving the project forward, ensuring that we delivered impactful, user-centric results. The collaboration was seamless, and I’m proud of the innovative work we accomplished in bridging the gap between education and industry.

Overall enjoyed working with my team on the Riipen project. The Employer, Emily was also super helpful. She was detailed with her expectations and didn’t fail to let us know what is needed to succeed. It was a nice experience over all

Working on the AI-Assisted Learner Support and Skill Development Proposal through Riipen has been an incredibly enriching experience. The project challenged me to think critically about how AI can support real learners and educators, while also improving platform efficiency and engagement. I appreciated the opportunity to apply AI Product Management skills in a real-world context—from user story development and functional requirements to business impact analysis. Thank you to Riipen for providing valuable context, being responsive, and creating space for creativity. I’d highly recommend this project to other learners looking to deepen their understanding of AI applications in education and product design.

The objective and purpose of the project was very clear, we were able to break it down to how it should ideally be designed, and our past individual experiences in career pathing helped design the framework. We were able to collaborate well as a team, brainstorm, have differ opinions, bring in our experience and expertise, ideate, consolidate the inputs and then present.
