Website Design & Development
Positions available: 1 We would like a to brush up our website for our organization. We are currently using shopify and need help coding and re-arranging the UI and flow of the website. Students should be prepared to: Shopify skillset (page building, photo coding, UX/UI) Create a design proposal including mock-ups, budget, and timeline. Implement & integrate product on Shopify (set up stripe, shipping, and app plugins) Provide training on updating and maintaining the site.
Digital Content Creation
We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. We are looking for support on influencer marketing, and growing our awareness and engagement on social media. Modsus stands for modern wear made sustainable. We are an early staged start up that just launched our brand last month and are looking to leverage our social channels to push growth amongst our brand and community. Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools. Product Launch Strategy
Number of individual students required: (2 students) We want to expand our product offering with a new design. We need insights to help anticipate the ramp-up to commercialization and the best approach to go to market successfully with our new product. Initial questions to brainstorm include, but are not limited to: 1. Where in the world is the best place to launch for early success? Should we just default to launching where we live? What is the total market size for this opportunity? 2. With whom should we partner on manufacturing, kitting, packaging, warehousing, and fulfillment? How complex is that and how much will it cost, realistically? 3. Who are our closest competitors and how do we differentiate ourselves? 4. How do we establish our brand: Build awareness, acquire customers, and defend any early success? We are looking to gain alternative perspectives on potential marketing tactics and better understand the current competitive market.
LevelUp: Investment Strategy Execution
Positions available: 2 MOD.SUS is looking for assistance with executing financial investment strategies. We envision this project to include, but not be limited to: Grant writing SMB/ Entrepreneurial loan application micro loan & financing strategy & application Fundraising/ ambassador awareness By the end of this project, we hope to have some documentation and processes in place to apply for appropriate avenues of funding.
