The main goal for the project is to work with a front-end and back-end team on UX and UI for ABC Academy of Music's small business software development project, with a specific focus on Reports and Reporting functions, while contributing to a more complete brand guideline.

This will involve several different steps for the team, including:

- Reviewing pre-existing UX and UI materials

- Collaborating with front-end and back-end teams

- Focusing on Reports and Reporting functions

- Contributing to a more complete brand guideline

The tasks that the team will need to complete to achieve the project goal are:

- Review and analyze pre-existing UX and UI materials

- Collaborate with front-end and back-end teams to integrate UX and UI into the software

- Develop and design Reports and Reporting functions

- Contribute to a more complete brand guideline for the software

Final deliverables should include:

- Integrated UX and UI materials

- Developed Reports and Reporting functions

- Complete brand guideline for the software

As the lead on this project I have extensive experience working with students, and clarity of thought and purpose that will help students understand macro and micro outcome goals. I have experience with setting a focused and results-oriented tone while remaining professional, supportive, and friendly. 

Through regular meetings and clear communication our shared goal will be to advance to a viable MVP as quickly as possible for thorough testing and quality control. 

Ideally this will also provide the opportunity to do some work on bug-fixes to give a real-world view of what happens with custom software once it is being used.
