- Aircom is looking for up to three (3) students to join us for 80-hours each
- Two-to-eight (2-8) weeks to complete the project(s)
Our Goal:
- To provide our customers with industry leading guides and manuals for temperature instrumentation and pressure fittings to help make installing, operating, and maintaining their equipment easier and to help meet current engineering best practices.
The Challenge:
- Clearly communicate the life-cycle needs of the key Aircom products to their designers and users.
Expected Project Execution:
- To research and produce a written and visual guide/manual for one of Aircom's key products with the guidance and supervision from Aircom.

Estimated Schedule:
Phase 1 - Research - ~24-hours
- Research and take notes on industry best practices for the full life cycle of the selected instrument/fitting
- Design
- Application
- Selection
- Installation
- Operation
- Maintenance
- Etc.
Phase 2 - Produce Draft Guide/Manual - ~36-hours
- Write the draft guide/manual with all applicable sections (see Resources tab)
- Produce draft sketches, images, and graphics for the guide/manual
- If applicable produce sample calculations for the instrument/fitting
Phase 3 - Produce Final Guide/Manual - ~24-hours
- Edit and refine the guide/manual
- Produce high-quality images/graphics for the final document
- If applicable translate the document (English/French)

Available Support:
- Virtual mentorship with daily and/or weekly check-ins as required
- A reference letter for students that produce high-quality deliverables
