Project -

Our company requires a strategic human resource and recruitment plan. Talent is an integral part of our success and while attracting great freelancers in the past the market is becoming increasingly challenging. We offer seasonal contracts and Whistler, BC, Canada has housing constraints that need to be considered.

Project Scope -

Our company has primarily found talent through direct applications and the online platform, Indeed. We recruit locally and also have workers move to Whistler to work for us. We are considering introducing employee housing and would like to understand the legalities and impacts of that decision. We would like to develop new roles so there is an opportunity for students to develop an organizational structure, job descriptions and explore freelance contract considerations. We would like to now focus on worker retention so all aspects of talent acquisition and training are relevant.

Strategic Plan could include but not limited to:

Innovative ideas for recruiting candidates

Analyze current job posting and make recommendations

Develop roles and candidate personas

Provide a hiring timeline and strategy

Develop a checklist for worker requirements and training schedule

Create interview questions to target skills and attributes for ideal candidates
