We would like a new website for our organization. We aren’t sure which platform we would like for it to be built on, but we have an idea of what we would like it to do. We would like to work with students to develop a new website for us.
Project: NAKH Institute of Education
The NAKH Institute of Education is a new school that is opening within the next few months. We will offer programs such as Massage Therapy, ESL Classes, and others.
Website Requirements:
- WordPress Website (or another platform that we could use that is SEO friendly)
- Contact Form
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone
- Dropdown menu - How can we help you today?
- Add I am not a robot feature
- Embed Google Forms onto the site
- API integration from website to Mailchimp
- Ideally, we would like to have trigger emails set up. For example, if someone wants more information about the Massage Therapy program it would automatically add them to Mailchimp and then send them an email about the Massage Therapy program.
- Set up SEO plug-in
- Ability to Embed Videos
Students should be prepared to:
- Conduct a needs analysis to determine which platform is most suitable.
- Create a design proposal including mock-ups, budget, and timeline.
- Build a fully-functioning website.
- Provide training on updating and maintaining the site.
