marketing strategies presentations target market coaching leadership development target audience communication blog posts market research business developmentThe student is responsible for helping us grow our brand presence through marketing strategies and business development practices to grow and engage our target market. We coach people 1-1 in the areas of Personal Insight, Career Transition, and Executive Coaching. Topics vary and include things like imposter syndrome, change, team cohesion, and leadership development. This will be part one of the marketing strategy initiative.
Deliverables to be completed:
1. Business development: grow presence in target market by enrolling at least two more corporate clients to our roster
a. Establish a clear definition of the firm’s target market utilizing analysis tools including but not limited to: SWOT, Google keyword searches…. And providing the research results in a clearly formatted way back to our company.
b. Research industries where there has been success in coaching and find viable companies that would use our services in the greater Vancouver area. This includes people within previous roles that had success with coaching.
c. Develop strategies to communicate with individual clients, including language, appropriate method of communication and how to relate to the client.
d. Establish a clear client management process once someone has expressed interest in coaching services that feeds into existing process and is enhanced to best service that market. For instance, create a customizable email template recruiting someone to mailing list and then add them to the mailing list.
e. Enroll a minimum of 10 corporate coaching clients (these will be the Executive coaching clients I serve) who are viable leads (this includes having conversations and getting them to a place to speak with Isabelle).
2. Brand presence and engagement: use existing podcast platform to create more awareness and engagement with our coaching services
a. Research ways to promote current podcast.
b. Find viable guests for upcoming seasons who match target audience, this means they could convert into a lead as a client in the future (these will be the individual clients I serve).
c. Get 100 new followers to the podcast on Apple, Google or Spotify.
3. SEO optimization and engagement: get company higher in ranks on Google searches and find creative ways to engage new market in partnership opportunities
a. Research key words that align with the work of our company that can be included in blog posts, on website content or in other ways that will draw visibility.
b. Find creative ways to increase testimonial count to bump our company to the top of search results. For instance, this could come in the form of offering coaching sessions to individuals in local organizations who in exchange for our time provide testimonials on Google.
c. Create partnerships with local associations and/or non-profits. This could come in the form of offering discounted coaching services, or providing presentations on some of our speaking topics.
4. Attend regular meetings and calls as needed to complete the work
