Mentorship

**1. Guidance and Expertise: A mentor brings valuable industry experience and expertise to the table, offering students practical insights that go beyond textbook knowledge. They can provide guidance on best practices, potential pitfalls, and industry trends, helping students make informed decisions.

**2. Goal Setting and Planning: Mentors assist students in setting realistic and achievable goals for their business project. They help outline a clear project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. This structured approach ensures that students stay on track and manage their time effectively.

**3. Skill Development: Through one-on-one interactions, mentors can identify skill gaps and provide targeted training or resources to enhance students' competencies. This may include skills such as project management, financial analysis, marketing strategies, and effective communication.

**4. Networking Opportunities: Mentors often have extensive professional networks and can introduce students to industry contacts, potential partners, or investors. These connections can be invaluable for students seeking advice, collaboration, or funding for their business projects.

**5. Feedback and Evaluation: Constructive feedback is crucial for growth. Mentors review students' work, provide constructive criticism, and suggest improvements. This continuous feedback loop helps students refine their ideas, strategies, and execution.

**6. Motivation and Encouragement: Mentors play a key role in keeping students motivated and confident. They provide encouragement during challenging times and celebrate successes, fostering a positive and resilient mindset.

**7. Problem Solving: Business projects often encounter unforeseen challenges. Mentors can help students navigate these obstacles by offering problem-solving techniques, alternative approaches, and contingency plans. Their experience enables them to anticipate potential issues and address them proactively.

**8. Ethical and Professional Standards: Mentors instill a sense of ethical responsibility and professionalism in students. They emphasize the importance of integrity, accountability, and ethical decision-making in business practices.

**9. Real-World Application: By bridging the gap between academic concepts and real-world applications, mentors help students understand how theoretical knowledge is applied in practical business scenarios. This contextual understanding enhances students' problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.

**10. Long-Term Career Development: Mentors provide career guidance and advice, helping students identify potential career paths and opportunities within the business field. They may assist with resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies.

If there is something Sabrina Stroppetti and Ashley Florestal know well it’s the feeling of being nauseous. From a young age, Ashley suffered from motion and sea sickness. Sabrina suffered from terrible nausea and vomiting (morning sickness) and hyperemesis gravidarum (HG) in both of her pregnancies, PMS nausea and anxiety induced nausea.

With no suitable solutions on the market, Sabrina's experience in the pharmaceutical industry and Ashley's experience in Naturopathy came together to create an all natural solution for nausea prevention. After a few years of brainstorming, testing products, getting Health Canada's approval and recognized by The Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, Sabrina and Ashley launched Lokhia.

The powerful non-drowsy combination of ginger and B6 has been carefully divided for your nausea and vomiting needs. *
