The iSAW business model is an international franchise. The goal is to create for-profit franchisees in 100 countries worldwide, supported by a USA franchisor, that funds a non-profit.

The project would cover the following:

- Comprehensive Competitor Analysis

- Analysis of international franchise laws, as it relates to US Franchisors

- Validation of international Franchisee Agreement (already completed)

- Development of a Franchisee Operations Manual, inclusive of Marketing, Policies, Best Practices, Code of Conduct, Roles and Responsibilities and other topic areas.
