The work-integrated learning project offeres exposure to the unique challenges faced by a startup company in the mental health and wellness field. The project also provides our team members with great opportunities to apply recruitment and selection knowlege in the organizaiton. Skills of critical thinking and problem solving are enhanced in a workplace scenario.
