This experience focuses on the ability of a team to analyze, design, and implement and effective Performance Management system of an enterprise, preferably of a small and medium size.

The final project deliverable will be 10-page report of findings and recommendations with specific timelines along with a PowerPoint Presentation of the company under analysis.
The Management Team of the organization will be invited to a 30 minute presentation of the Group's project.
Project Examples
In Team of 5 or 6 students, third year university students will meet with the organization's management team and will assess the effectiveness and efficiency of its current Performance Management system and, if so required, provide suggestions and ideas for its upgrading.
The team will be working on:
- Alignment between your Mission, Vision and Values and the organization's current Performance Management system in place.
- Inventory of Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities within the organization.
- Assessment of current systems and processes to capture internal information for performance management monitoring.
- Determination of training needs according to company's goals and objectives and development of training plan.
In case the organization does not have a current Performance Management System in place, the team will provide alternatives and steps for its development and successful implementation within a reasonable timetable.
Additional company criteria
Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:
Be available to provide Team (s) required information to proceed with project. Should a confidentiality agreement be required, Instructor will provide a sample to the organization
Be available for meetings with Instructor in person or via conference call to discuss project status updates.
If possible for members of the organization's management team, be available for the presentation of the Project in Class on November 19, 2018
