-- Students will have an opportunity to work with different companies in different industries and as mentioned above, creating value in the form of business plans, gathering specific data and generating research, marketing or innovation plans, assessing CSR programs, creating business surveys, deploying them and then analyze them for companies that have that need, etc

-Companies will benefit by aligning their organizational needs with the academic goals of students in this class.

Deliverables

The final project deliverable will include:

  1. An in-depth analysis and recommendations
  2. A 30 minutes presentation summarizing analysis and recommendations
Project Examples

Your business will provide the students with an area of focus and your goals for the project, and the students will include an in-depth needs analysis (based on the area of focus) and a detailed diagnose of opportunities for improvement. The students will also provide multi-perspective recommendations with practical considerations, an implementation plan, and a feasibility analysis. If requested, the final report will be complemented by a virtual presentation.

Additional company criteria

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

Provide a dedicated contact who will be available to answer periodic correspondence to address students questions or provide additional information.

Provide the instructor with your feedback on the final deliverables by September 8

Provide written information about the project.

Be available for a quick phone/virtual call with the organizer to initiate your relationship and confirm your scope is an appropriate fit for the experience.

Attend the final presentations, via videoconference.
